Baulk is a map made beautifully with attention to detail and love. It doesn't use the usual "cross" defuse map layout (ct spawn with 2 bombsites close by, and the t spawn on the other side of the map) and instead sports a unique and never seen before layout, putting the enemies right by each other and leading them into the strategic points by parallel roads with varying amounts of cover.

Baulk happens in an imaginary town in Turkey. Hearing the news that terrorists are approaching, police forces try and evacuate the townsfolk, however, some remain. They are barricaded into the school building of the town, waiting for a train to come pick them up. However before the train arrives, terrorists do. Terrorists must try and destroy either the entrance of the school so they can take citizens hostage, or they must destroy the local train station to stop the evacuation. Counter Terrorists must stop them, preserving all assets to complete the evac.
